Order Processing

Like nurturing our delicate Alpinus x callizones, we handle each order with precision:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
  • Delivery Areas: Worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and remote regions)

Our Return Promise

While we hope every Amelanchier finds its perfect home, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Our return policy reflects the same thoughtful consideration we apply when selecting our Aesculus specimens.

Return Timeframe

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most items.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our living inventory, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Live plants (including all Acer varieties, Amelanchier specimens, and Albizia plants)
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Clearance items (marked as such in product descriptions)

Step 2: Package Your Items

Repackage with the same care we use when shipping our Acer platanoides:

  • Original packaging preferred
  • Include all tags and accessories
  • Securely seal to prevent damage

We’ll provide a return shipping label for US customers. International customers may need to arrange return shipping (contact us for assistance).
