Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Like our delicate Alpinus x callizones, some products require special handling – please review our non-returnable items below.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our living inventory, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Live plants (including all Acer varieties, Amelanchier specimens, and Albizia plants)
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Clearance items (marked as such in product descriptions)

These exceptions follow the same careful consideration we apply when selecting our Aesculus collection for international shipping.

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage your items with the same care we use when shipping our Acer platanoides:

  • Original packaging preferred
  • Include all tags and accessories
  • Securely seal to prevent damage

Step 3: Ship Your Return
