We specialize in premium ornamental plants, particularly maples (Acer varieties including Acer ginnala and Acer platanoides), flowering perennials (like Achillea and Alcea), and landscape specimens (such as Amelanchier and Albizia). Our collection focuses on plants that thrive in various garden settings.
Are your plants suitable for beginner gardeners?
Absolutely! While we offer some specialty specimens for experienced gardeners, many of our plants like Ajuga and Alpinus x callizones are quite resilient. Each order comes with detailed planting instructions tailored to your specific plants.
How are your Japanese Maples (Acer varieties) different from others?
Our Acer collection is carefully cultivated in our Maryland nursery for superior health and vigor. We select specimens with exceptional form and color, and package them with special care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for your landscape.

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout or by visiting our account registration page. Having an account lets you track orders, save favorite plants, and receive personalized gardening advice.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can typically be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once your plants enter our processing phase (usually within 1-2 days), we cannot guarantee changes as we begin preparing your live plants for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:
Express Shipping (10-15 days): $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx, ideal for delicate specimens like our signature Acer varieties.
Free Standard Shipping (15-25 days): For orders over $50 via EMS, perfect for hardy perennials and larger orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote areas. All international orders include required phytosanitary certificates. Please note that customs delays, while rare, are possible with live plant material.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Our plant specialists use specialized techniques to protect delicate roots and foliage. Each plant type (whether Acerifolia or Aesculus) receives custom packaging. During extreme weather, we may delay shipment to protect your plants and will always notify you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Returns & Guarantee

We guarantee your plants will arrive in excellent condition. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected]. We offer replacements or refunds for any damaged items and can provide expert advice from our Glen Burnie team to help with plant recovery.
Can I return plants if they don’t thrive in my garden?
While we can’t accept returns for plants that simply don’t thrive (as growing conditions vary), we’re happy to provide expert advice to help your plants succeed. Our team can offer tailored care recommendations for your specific Acer platanoides, Achillea, or other varieties.
